Educational Movement Digital Futures and Havering College will hit the road on a double decker bus Wednesday 9th November to get 100+ young people into work placements or apprenticeships in the £161 billion per year digital tech sector.
The bus will be making stops over the three days it is on the road, including visits to four of the top creative agencies in the Capital - Edelman (SW1E 6QT), AnalogFolk (EC1R 4SX), Iris Worldwide (SE1 9DY) and Kantar (WC1A 2SL), before setting down outside Uppercut on Romford Market on Friday 11th November.
On the bus will be 20 budding social media apprentices waiting to tell the businesses of Romford what a social media apprentice can do for them. Havering College’s own Social Media Apprentice, Courtney Jacob will be live streaming from the bus at various points throughout the three days so do check out the College’s Facebook page to get involved.
Social media knowledge is no longer nice to have but a must have for UK businesses where so much of a customers' time is spent online.
